March 29th, 2025, I competed in the final round of the JWU Future Food Competition to win a $5,000 scholarship to Johnson & Wales University. A national competition aimed at students with hefty goals of progressing the future of the industry they work in.

A few sample portions of a cooking class I prepared & taught at a local Charlotte, NC farmers market, the Rosa Parks Farmers Market.
Spanish Gazpacho garnished with Diced Cucumber, EVOO, and Sherry Vinegar.
11-Hour, Red Wine Braised Lamb Shank, served on a Bed of Creamy Goat Cheese Polenta.

A collection of dishes from a private dinner I prepared, cooked, and served in Queens, New York. While I was in the city, I was working at the famous restaurant Serendipity III in Times Square. It obtained its fame from the classic rom-com movie Serendipity.
Hosting large dinners and bringing a crowd together is one of the most fulfilling things for me in life.
